ANITA KLEIN

Anita Klein was born in Sydney in 1960. Her paintings, drawings and prints are wonderfully quirky slices of life. Visual diaries of domesticity, full of Jewish warmth, humour and colour, as the paintings above - 'Beetle in the Bathroom' and 'Nigel Has a Shave,' show. Her website, www.anitaklein.com has loads of paintings, drawings, prints, watercolours to view or buy (or ideally both.) Look out for details of forthcoming showings of Anita's work in Inverness, Melbourne and New Delhi.

“It is nice to have a real humourist recruited to the ranks of gifted painters. She is to be congratulated on livening up our dreary lives.” Art Review
